At Kidyoo, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality educational products for children. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is incomplete or missing pages due to a printing error.

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Digital products, downloadable content, or eBooks.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events unless damaged or defective.
  • Returns requested after the eligible return period.

3. Return Process

To request a return or replacement:

  2. Include:
    • Order Number
    • Product Name
    • Clear photographs of the product
    • Description of the issue
  3. Our support team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

If approved, return instructions will be provided.


4. Replacement Policy

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may provide:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected, where applicable.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. A full refund will be processed.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.


7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Kidyoo.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be borne by Kidyoo where applicable.

8. Damaged Packages

If the package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Take photographs before opening the package.
  • Contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Failure to report within the specified period may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
